In my extensive experience (292 machines) with IBM, Dell, Gateway, Micron, HP,
Winbook, and Ergo, there is no worse support than IBM... I am sorry to hear HP
support is not good in Europe.  You don't want to trade places with us for IBM
support here.  HP support has been wonderful for us, but not as good as Dell.
