Of course, the original poster seems to have used Pine - I don't recall what the situation is there. I guess (on the other hand) that anyone who has ever spent time on an email list should know how annoying it is to get 'unsubscribe' messages in the list, and would do well instead to post a polite 'how do I unsubscribe' message at the outset, *before* the actual 'unsubscribe' message.
