RE: 28.8 MWAVE Drivers for Voice to Text Dictation ?
You should be able to change the speed of the modem in the MWave Modem
application. A warning will appear if you set it to 33.6 telling you that
sound will be disabled when your modem is connected at that speed. If you
want to install an older version, anything before 2.25 will not support a
33.6 connect speed.
