I subscribe to a few mailing lists and prefer having a little footer at the bottom of the message with important list information. If people cannot save the information or bother to send a message to the list request, do you really expect them to know or to bother to look at the full headers? On this list I am forced to use Microsoft exchange which does not seem to support display of full headers (may have to use properties). So I never see the message but know enough how to find out list information. On other lists I use Netscape V 2.02 for OS/2. I use brief headers because I like to scan messages quickly due to the amount of email and if I use full headers I would have to page down on every message to read it. At least if the information is at the message bottom it is out of the way for message scanning but is not hidden to people who need the info. 73 Eric ecottrell@doble.com
