Considering the install base of OS/2 and Linux, what could they
have been thinking! ;^)
I don't think I would state a video chipset is crummy for reasons listed
below. Didn't someone on this list indicate that some flavor of Linux
and/or X software supported NeoMagic?

IMO, they're both crummy chips, but Trident has better OS/2, Linux, and
Windows support.
NeoMagic sucks IMHO, because it only has Windows support (and I think
someone said OS/2
support).
