TP760CD and OfficeJet-won't print.

     Has anyone had any experience trying to get an OfficeJet500 working on 
     a TP760CD? Seems that it simply will not print. Have called HP and 
     they say we need to increase our I/O Range under 
     ControlPanel/System/Devices/Ports/ECP LPT1/Resources, but we haven't 
     been able to increase that through Win95, except when unchecking the 
     Automatic box in there and selecting another range. Still, though, the 
     range is the same size and cannot be increased. HP swears this is the 
     problem, and we just need to figure out how to increase it. Has anyone 
     else run across this before? They say to increase the current 
     03bc-03bf range somehow. We just get "Resource cannot be changed" or 
     something like that when we do it.
