I just ordered a TP600 today and was disappointed to find that the IBM 10/100 EtherJet CardBus Adapter is not available yet. No date was given for when it would be available. I know that 3COM, INTEL, and XIRCOM sell ethernet cardbus adapters, all for about $150 at PC Connection. Is there any reason to wait for the IBM version to become available? Has anyone had any success having one of these adapters co-exist with a 56K modem on the same machine?
