                             Installation of
                    System Update Disk for Windows 95
 --------------------------------------------------------------------------

To install the file included in this diskette, follow the steps below.

NOTE: Before you install this software,
      install the USB (Universal Serial Bus) module.
      About installation of the USB module,
      refer to "Restoring the Windows 95 system" section
      in your machine's User's Manual.

1. Click on Start button in taskbar at the bottom of your screen.

2. Select Run... at pull down menu.

3. Make sure that 'System Update Disk' (this diskette) is in the floppy
   disk drive and type the following in dialog box:

     a:usbupd2

4. Copying files... window is displayed.

5. After setup, click on Start button in taskbar at the bottom
   of your screen.

6. Select Shut Down at pull down menu.

7. Select "Restart the computer in MS-DOS mode?" and click Yes button.

8. After the machine reboots into DOS mode, type the following:

     a:setup

9. After setup, remove the diskette from floppy disk drive and 
   type exit and hit return key.

10. Windows95 will restart.
