Choices are bad for business, and the average consumer can't build his own CD player (and if he could, there'd be a DMCA to stop him.)Aha, but a market with the DMCA is not a "free market". A truly free market is one in which government only steps in to ensure its free-ness. In the case of the DMCA, the government has stepped in to protect a special interest from competition and elasticity of demand. That is BAD.
