network card for thinkpad

Hi all

I've just received a pcmcia ethernet card from my ibm dealer, but can't 
seem to get it to work.  The ecctest program that came on the driver disk 
says there is a conflict at address 300.  I'm using an ibm thinkpad 750 
monocrome with 1170mb and 4mb ram.
I think this pcmcia card is the standard network adapter ibm sells.
Can anyone give me some help with drivers used and parameters.  A look at 
someones config.sys would be of great help.
Oh! I'm also using msdos 6.2
