The only way that I got the Megahertz modem working in OS/2 was to use
their driver (ESTDFM.OS2). It is available on their BBS. It must be
installed in a specific sequence. Additionally, the com.sys and vcom.sys
mustbe updated. They have a disk available that has the required file.
