APM 2.11 CSD Fix

[IO20903@MAINE.maine.EDU (They robbed me blind, took all I owned...)]

I have a file called APMHERE.
It tells me that I need a fix for the APM.SYS and VAPM.SYS files for
the CSD 2.11.

Does anyone have nay ideas on this? Icannot find it anywhere!!!!
