Perhaps someone should start buying the 170MB drives from IBM, take off the casing, then buy the 810MB OEM drive from IBM without the case and then sell the 810MB drive with the case. I bet it would still be cheaper than buying the 810MB drive directly from IBM. As for the 32bit disk access problem, I remember reading somewhere (maybe here on this list) that it would not work with drives larger than ~512MB.
