Setup for soundcard

I have a few questions that I was hoping the group could help me 
with.

How do I respond to the questions when loading applications that use 
the Soundblaster sound card (or other similar type sound card).

Port Address (Port 0220h, 0240h, 0260h, or 0280h)

Main IRQ   (IRQ 2, 5, 7, or 10)

DMA Channel Unit (0, 1, or 3)
