Does anyone have the file from late last November or December that gave the ordering information for the TP 755/755C hardware manual? My wife thought she ordered it for me for Christmas, but it still hasn't shown up. (Unfortunately, I deep sixed the original file). She tried to call somewhere in IBM to find out the status of the order .... well, I got several calls about how frustrating it was to deal with people who didn't know anything except how to route you off to yet another number. I just read her the "Lexmark Dialog" that was posted, and she really loved it ... She suggested to the person on the other end of the phone that it was no way to run a business and asked if they ever got complaints. She was told that they get complaints all the time and they get passed on to management, but nothing ever happens. Sorry for unloading, but sometimes it's REAL frustrating to deal with IBM. Bob Cowles
