But they've always been courteous, and they've never charged a fee :) p.s. I'm not sure exactly what manual you were looking for, but I just obtained the part number of the 355/360/755 technical reference manual from them. (this is probably more toward how to program it and what the connectors look like than how to take one apart and what the internal part numbers are.) Part number is S83G-7843; price is US$22.75. It took about 10 minutes of discussion before the person found it. Keith
