If it's chap 11 and not 7, they want to stay in business and will
continue to do basic things like warr and tech support. If it's the PPI
with the easy jack, it's less than 1 year old and _must_ be in warr. Just
call them and tell them what the problem is. If the person you bought it
from doesn't have another to swap it with, just call PPI. I bet they'll
do it without argument.
