I just recently got the new Tumi balistic kind of laptop/overnight bag. It is perfect for my needs. It has a padded middle section where you can easily fit your TP or any other laptop. Also has some large gussetted outside pockets for your power supply or other misc items. Tumi stuff is incredibly durable, and I love it.
