755CD

I have a 755CD and it works great in DOS/Windows. I am also using
Linux. I can use the CD-ROM from Linux to mount software CD's but
I can't figure out how to listen to audio CD's on it. I have tried
a program called workbone which comes with Linux. It does "see" the
CD-ROM and when I put in an audio CD and tell it to play it, the
CD-ROM drive does start up. But there is no sound! Not from the
builtin speakers or the headphone jack on the side.

Anyone have any ideas about this? I thought maybe the CD-ROM audio
only goes through the MWave card and since thats not working in Linux
I can't hear anything.
