Interesting. I've personally bought from them about 3 or 4 times, and dealt secondhand with them several other times. One was a return of a broken drive, which they did with no problem (though they would not crossship, but not entirely unusual in the cheapo drive market). <shrug> Perhaps I've been lucky, perhaps they've changed their spots in the 6-8 months since I last dealt with them.
