Problem with FAXWORKS

I have a 755 CE.  MWAVE has been upgraded to operate a class II fax 
(Delrina).  The program works.  The FAXWORKS program, Version 3.0, 
preloaded on the machine, no longer works.  When I send a fax the 
following message appears on the screen:  "FAX TIF error, cannot 
open the TIFF file."

Does anyone know what might be wrong, and how to correct it?  I leave 
for Vienna on Tuesday, and need to use the FAXWORKS program while I am
there.  Desperate at Stanford University, and also very appreciative,
in advance.
