Actually, I was talking of dumping OS/2 for Linux.

Ummm, are you sure you want to insult Thinkpads on a mailing list composed
of Thinkpad owners?  :)

TCP is a protocol layer.  Either it works or it doesn't.  I haven't had
any problems with it.  Is there a free, robust X-Windows for Win95?

Thanks for the suggestion but given the amount of Unix programming I
do at work, Linux would be my first choice.  I'd go with Linux right
now if it wasn't for the big-endian/little-endian thing screwing up
some code...
