While the posts about who is gouging whom may or may not have been idiotic,
the subject has totally wandered off the ThinkPad topic. If you believe you
are being "gouged" in price by IBM and you buy your drive elsewhere you are
doing the best thing possible, voting with your wallet. Be satisfied with that.

So can we get back to ThinkPads? Did anyone besides me notice that in Sun's
Solaris for PowerPC press release the ThinkPad was called out by name as a 
supported platform?
