I wouldn't call it obsolete, but some would." you meant to say a Pentium version of the CE :-) Actually the higher end CX model also has a far superior screen to the CE, the 600 x 800 really makes a difference, at least for the kind of work I do! Note that you can upgrade the CE to be a Pentium which makes it end up somewhere between the two CX models in power (lower res screen, but has the Mwave).
