Hey people.  What's the fuss all about.  A couple of people got perhaps a bit
overheated in a derivative discussion.  So, after a day or two people can re-ask
the questions that got lost in the shuffle and we'll all be happy campers again.

And I'm the one saying this!!!  It must be France and all the pleasant
coffee breaks...
