A telephone tech-support person swore up and down to a friend of mine that the only way to get drivers for OS/2 was to buy them from Iomega for $20; no mention of downloading them from the net or their BBS. No more Tech Support forum on Iomega's BBS; they've moved it to AOL and MSN. What next, a $20 on/off switch? Maybe they'll sell labels at $1 each?
