About the smaller power adapter, I ordered mine friday afternoon from
mac-connection (or whatever it is that the iomega number forwards you to)
and they delivered it on saturday.. it's nice and small, also does 220 (the
main reason I needed it).
It doesn't plug directly into the wall however, it has a short (6 inches or
so) power cable coming out of the unit, and you plug a standard power cable
into that.. Nice arrangement, make it easy to move from place to place,
don't need to hassle with trying to get a bulky adapter into a crowded
powerstrip.
