Ok, the part number listed in the fax I received is:

120MHz Pentium Upgrade Kit                      29H9340
Pentium Upgrade with EasyServ Installation      2421095


Talking with pc direct my understanding was that you needed to send it 
back in for the upgrade to be performed. But the way it is listed implies 
that you could do it yourself.
