I don't have any problems with internet access. Happily run Web Explorer 
using tcp/ip v3 at all times of day and at all sorts of speeds including 
26.4 and 28.8. But what I can *never* get is access to cix (a UK 
text-based information service). Dials up, gets the connection, 
negotiates the speed and protocol ... then immediately loses carrier. 
Every time.
