Hi there, Ive got Linux (slackware 2.1.1) installed on my TP755CE. Installation and setup quite easy, and it runs fine....but...X is causing me trouble.I'd like to solve the problem myself but without extensive specs on the TP display I don't think I'll be able to get to dot clock settings in XF86Config correct. I did get X running the other day but now it refuses so if some kind soul out there has a working XF86Config file I'd be grateful to see it. I need to configure X for the active matrix display only, not for any ext monitor. BTW I didn't use any of Michael Steiners patches, basically because I can't find them...do I need these to run X on the TP, like I said it ran fine the other day but that seems to have been a flash in the pan.
