Resolution from the Dock II is the same as that of the TP's external video
port, (which varies by TP model).  There is no actual video circuitry in the
Dock itself, just a replicated port.

I have an STB Nitro 2 Meg in my Dock II.  It works well under '95, but it
*is* tricky to configure. (Thanks to Ted Frederick <tedf@cadence.com> who
did the legwork here.)  I don't know quite how this would work under other
OS's.  I have heard that NONE of the ATI cards will work, and I'm fairly
sure that Diamond no longer makes any ISA based cards.
