LIST ADMIN: change of e-mail

Hi there, I'm sorry but I can't seem to find the 
instructions for this list, even the address where 
I originally wrote to subscribe...I need to 
changed addresses.

I am currently on the list at "sgs1370@io.com"

I want to change my address to "sgs@his.com"

Is there a listserv address? (sorry to post this 
to the whole list)
