Internal CD drive options for 755CD

Can I get a 4X CD drive that will plug into the internal "smartbay" of my
ThinkPad 755CD? Does the 760CD drive have the same interface and form factor? 
When I look at pictures of the Micron, it looks like the front bezel is at
least similar to the one on the 755CD. Does anyone have a Micron and a
755CD...do the drives swap? I assume the Micron option would be the cheapest.
