Question about 365's...

Hello everyone,
I have a question about the new 365 line.  It was my understanding earlier 
that the machine did not have the same modular design as the 75x line.  In 
other words, you couldn't yank the hard drive, and insert another without 
using tools.  Now it looks like I was wrong.  Is it true that you can swap 
out the hard drives by lifting the keyboards, like on other Thinkpads?  Are 
the drives that they use in the 365 compatible with any other machines?

Just wondering....
