I have similar problems. I have 2 NiMh batteries and sometimes when I
change them they work well but I end up with one ()% discharged and one
about 50%. No matter what order I recharge them in or whether I turn off
between swaps when charging - about half the time the second one charges in
15 minutes and when I try to use it it goes from 100% to about 50% normally
then drops to 0% in an instant. Doesn't happen every time just about half
the time.
