Leaking battery ?
Hi !
I've a 701C and two batteries. One NiMh and a NiCad.
One big problem is that sometimes both batteries are fully charged, and
when I switch battery, the other one (the newly inserted one) gets
DRAINED !
Eg.1
One NiCad battery in the system, I wanted to use the NiMh one, so I
switched, I jsut charged both batteries 3 hours ago. Ended up, the
battery meter showed 20% only for the NiMh
Eg.2
This time the NiMh is in the system, after switching in a new NiCad
battery, the system beeped, showed 0% and switched back to suspend!
Is it me or is my system fussy about battery changes ? I suspended the
system, even switched it off, but to no avail, no matter what, 60% of
the time of battery swapping, energy gets drained ! (I mean it,
DRAINED, charging time is the same!)
Is it becoz of the fact I have two types of batteries ?
BTW, is the LiIon batteries that can be used with 701C out ? (Or will
they ever be ?)
