Hello, I've been using two IBM NiMH batteries on 701cs with Wi95 without any problems for the past few months. All of a sudden, after I swapped the batteries, I noticed that the battery meter on the Win95 taskbar is gone. Fn-F2 worked OK until today when it started showing 0% reading on one battery and 8% on the other (both batteries were almost fully charged -- and they work fine without A/C adapter). The "Power" properties in the control panel shows that battery level is unknown and "Enable battery meter on taskbar" is grayed out. Some time ago, I recall someone reporting a similar problem.
