I'm not a lawyer, but I read at one point that if you walk into a store 
and specifically say to them that your intended use is XYZ, and you 
specifically ask them if the FooBar computer will allow you to 
successfully do XYZ, and they say something like, "sure", then they have 
made an EXPLICIT warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. 
 
Even if they attempt to disclaim IMPLIED warranties of fitness for a 
particular purpose, they cannot disclaim an explicit warranty. 
 
Best to get it in writing, even if that just means writing it on the 
credit card slip. Oh, yes. Use a credit card. 
 
Of course, the other thing you can do is find someone else with a similar 
560 running Linux and make sure that they have got it to do whatever you 
consider "full".
