Rocwell used to get a lot of bad rap about their Mac department, rightly
so. I would not advise any novice computer user to buy anything from them
(this actually applies to any retail or mail-order place). For example, a
year or so ago they sold a Mac as having 16MB of RAM, while it actually had
8MB and running RAM Doubler. I stopped by that store once, and I found the
salespeople extremely pushy, and lose complete interest in you as soon as
they found out that I wasn't a "dummy."
