Re: German MWave-modem on TP755CD

Check out this website, http://watson.mbb.sfu.ca/mwave.html, I believe it has
what you need ...

Subject: German MWave-modem on TP755CD

Hi everyone!

I think I'm extremely dumb at the moment, but I just
can't figure out why the following is happening:
I have a clean hard disk in a tp755CD. I install OS/2,
all the stuff needed for MWave and after Installation
of the 2 MWave diskettes (version 2.02) I should have
the modem ready, right?
So I hooked the DAA to the MWave port and opened some
comm program. But nothing happened.
Then I looked at the Country Selection and voil,
there the problem was: I only have "USA and Kanada"
and "Japan" to choose from. BUT: I need Germany, so my
German DAA will work.

Could somebody PLEASE help me? I have the same thing
running on another disk, so what did I do wrong?

Thanks for any help!

Ciao, Philipp!
