Okay, I bought one and now I have a problem and hope another 701 owners has blazed the trail. The QuickCam is working (I bought the color model, what the heck, huh?), but for it to work with a 701 you have to use the Multiport II. It's the only way to have the keyboard port to power the thing. Well, everytime I come out of hibernation or reboot, I lose the port for the camera and have to go into Control Panel and add new hardware, which ends up with me having several ports that don't work. And it ain't exactly fast, either. I've also turned off the infrared port and the main printer port to free up some IRQs, and the sucker still won't do a pc card with the multiport on. Is anyone using Windows95 and his Multiport regularly? I'm thinking there's a way to configure the ports to be active while the dock is on, and release the IRQs for when I don't have it, meaning I could get the camera to run from the get go after attaching the port, and have my usual set-up when it isn't. Tips, hints, suggestions? Also, when I run the Camera, I get several "holes" in the picture, some pixels apparently not turning with the others for the image. Any tips on improving image quality?
