701 not waking up -- sometimes

My 701 running Windows 95 sometimes doesn't wake up from suspend mode.
The power light comes on, but nothing else functions - no keyboard, no
mouse.
Not even Ctrl-Alt-Del.  I have to cycle the power to get running again. I
do have
the latest BIOS.  

Has anyone else seen this? Or know what the problem may be?

I'd appreciate any suggestions.
