Suspend Mode

hi all !

i've got a 755cx with win95 loaded.  only problem is that when it
pops into suspend mode, i cant get out of it.  i hit some keys to
activate it, and it comes out, but then just goes back in again.
strange.  so the only course of action i have is to power off
the thinkpad as it is attempting to exit suspend mode (if i try
and power off when it is ~in~ suspend mode, i get a double beep
and nothing happens - a feature ?)

anyone else experience this ?
