Once again: ThinkPad 750 Hard Drives

It's FINALLY time for me to upgrade my good old ThinkPad 750P. I want a 
16MB RAM upgrade and a 800MB(or so) hard drive.

Best prices I've found so far are:
(from Computer Shopper)
16MB RAM $220.00 from Midwest Memory Works
Toshiba 814MB Hard disk $239 from Drive Outlet Center

I've searched for 750-type web pages to no avail. How do I get the 
Toshiba drive to work in my machine? Which model number should I get and 
what do the model codes indicate?
