Would like to buy a cheap IBM Think Pad

Hi all,
Not for me, but a friend of mine. It should be cheaper than $400-500,
with at least 4 MG RAM and 120 MG on hard disk, with preferably Windows or
at least DOS. I am looking for something in a good condition, with a
