Re: CD-ROM/FLOPPY DRIVE Hot Swapping Problem

  And just to add to the confusion, on my TP760CD, I am *NOT* using the
IBMTPCD.SYS
driver, it's commented out in my config.sys:

----------------------------------------------------
c:\>type config.sys
rem DEVICE=c:\cd\IBMTPCD.SYS /R
DEVICE=C:\MWW\MANAGER\MWD50430.EXE

[common]
device=C:\V7320\V7320MGR.EXE
device=C:\V7320\V7320APM.EXE
c:\>
----------------------------------------------------

  I did a semi-clean Win95 installation by booting from a
Windows95-generated boot floppy and moving *everything* inluding
hidden/system files in C:\ to a subdirectory, issuing "SYS C:", and
installing Win95. I used the 16-bit CDROM drivers just long
enough to do the installation. System->DeviceManager shows a TEAC CD-44E as
my CDROM, and under the Performance tab it claims my system is "configured
for optimum performance".
