I use my 755CD with a Cakewalk and several synths and it works just fine. If the Mwave driver is installed correctly, just goto /Control Panel/Multimedia/MIDI and select "MIDI for IBM Mwave MidiPort Device" Make sure that in Mwave Audio Mixer (Audio Control) MIDI isn't muted Hardware: ThinkPad Gameport connector and generic Gameport to MIDI interface.
