fuelwin.exe on a 750c (Win95)

Hello,

After updating the bios & installing Win95, the 4.00 version of
fuelwin.exe doesn't seem to work quite right.  It doesn't update
properly.  For example, on starting it, it doesn't think there's
a battery pack until I click on discharge.  When discharging, it
doesnt update the % charged status unless the cancel dialog is up.

It wont even recharge unless I pull the power cord out and plug it
in a few times.

Does anyone have any suggestions/fixes?
