I run Windows 3.1 on a 760ED and had problems where the Fuelwin icon
would go beserk (madly flashing).  If I did a Ctrl-Alt-Delete, Windows
said "FUELWIN.EXE has stopped responding...".  After a *long* phone
call with two different techs, I got accidentally transferred to a 3rd
guy, who said "Yea, there's been some problems with that program..
No, you don't need it because of this and that."  Same with the
docking control program, which would also die (we only have a port
replicator, not a docking station).

This was for Windows 3.1 - I don't know about Windows 95.  This was
even after my voltage converter was replaced by IBM.  The system is
still locking up for unknown reasons.
