Slackware 3.0 KLUDGE!
I am installing Slackware Linux 3.0 on my TP701 just for kicks. Has
anyone seen this error message on the package installation phase:
WARNING!!
While looking through your index file (diskap2), I noticed that you might
be missing a package ...
The error message then goes on to name a package that is clearly
improper, like "(c)1995.tgz" which leads me to believe that it is somehow
reading through the description files and thinking every word in there is
a package that must be installed!! Is this a problem on my trusty TP, or
just a total KLUDGE in the Slackware 3.0 dist.
P.S. Sorry if not tailored for this list, anyone know an alternate list
if not?
Thanks.
